Cleveland Garlic Festival Volunteers

We are always on the lookout for volunteers to help with The Festival. If you think you have what it takes, please email Jessica at North Union Farmer’s Market: northunionfarmersmarket@yahoo.com.
All volunteers receive 2 weekend passes and refreshments.

Volunteer Responsibilities include:

Mighty Locavores	assist with children’s activities, sell raffle tickets, etc.
Ticket Table	Issue wristbands ensuring appropriate color (signifying 21 and over), handle money, handle pre-paid tickets, check for wristbands of returning/re-entering visitors and answer questions.
Wristband checkers	Stand at the ends opposite of the ticket tables and check for wristbands for those re-entering the festival, prevent alcoholic beverages from leaving the festival/crossing the RTA tracks, direct people to the ticket tables.
Merchandise Tent	Sell Cleveland Garlic Festival merchandise, handle money and answer questions.
Volunteer check-in	Check volunteer assignments, sign-in them in and give them information about where to go and t-shirt if needed. This tent will also contain refreshments for volunteers.
Tomato Throw Down	Sell tomatoes, handle money and light clean up if necessary.
Euro Wine Tent	Pour and serve beer and wine (must be 21), handle money, check wristbands for 21 and over and sell water and other bottled beverages.
Music Tent	Assist with any band needs, including set-up, clean-up, food, drinks, etc.
Beverage Tent	Assist with selling water and other bottled beverages.
Preview Brunch	Set-up and clean-up chairs, tables, food, etc.
Friday Set-up	Set-up chairs, tables, tents, etc.
Sunday Tear Down	Clean-up chairs, tables, tents, etc.
Omelet Maker	Cook omelets for Preview Brunch guests.
Cooling Station	Hand out water, band aides, etc.
