We are always on the lookout for volunteers to help with Cleveland Garlic Festival.
All volunteers receive 3 weekend passes and refreshments.
|Thursday Set-Up||Responsibilities: Set-up chairs, tables, tents, etc. (Aug. 27, 2–6pm)|
|Friday Set-Up / Decorating||Responsibilities: Help prepare by setting up tables and chairs and decorating them with table cloths and center pieces. (Friday, August 28, 12–3pm)|
|Responsibilities: Assist with children’s activities, sell raffle tickets, etc.|
|Responsibilities: Direct individuals to help paint a garlic-themes mural|
|Entrance Table||Responsibilities: Issue wristbands ensuring appropriate color (signifying 21 and over), handle money, handle pre-paid tickets, check for wristbands of returning/re-entering visitors and answer questions.|
|Stamp / Wristband Checkers||Responsibilities: Stand at the ends opposite of the ticket tables and check for wristbands for those re-entering the festival, prevent alcoholic beverages from leaving the festival/crossing the RTA tracks, direct people to the ticket tables.|
|Merchandise Tent||Responsibilities: Sell Cleveland Garlic Festival merchandise, handle money and answer questions.|
|Volunteer Check-In||Responsibilities: Check volunteer assignments, sign them in and give them information about where to go and t-shirt if needed.|
|Music Tent||Responsibilities: Assist with any band needs, including set-up, clean-up, food, drinks, etc.|
|Beer Truck||Responsibilities: Selling beverages including soda, water and beer.|
|Beer Tent||Responsibilities: Assist with pouring beer from local craft breweries.|
|Chef Demo Tent||Responsibilities: Assist with chef demos – plating, handing out samples, getting more plates, silverware, etc.|
|Anywhere / Runner||Responsibilities: Willing to help anywhere there is an open position.|
|Ohio Farm Bureau Station||Responsibilities: Help with the Ohio Farm Bureau station.|
|Watershed Distillery||Responsibilities: Help with transactions at Watershed Distillery (must be 21+).|
|Sunday Tear Down||Responsibilities: Clean-up chairs, tables, tents, etc.
